Much of SPNA’s area is part of Southside Historic District, which preserves the historic architecture of our neighborhood.  We assisted Bill Burg in research for his 2007 photographic history book, Sacramento’s Southside Park. We also worked with the Sacramento Old City Association to produce their 2007 tour of historic homes in Southside Park.  Our involvement in historic research is ongoing.
