SOUTHSIDE PARK NEIGHBORHOOD

We are a mixed residential and business community located southwest of the California State Capitol. 

Our neighborhood includes a wide diversity among our residents, a large community garden, and Sacramento’s largest farmers’ market year-round on Sunday mornings. We also have the largest park in the Central City, and a large variety of home styles such as high-water bungalows, Craftsman, Victorians along with new infill homes.
